Abstract

The hygienic aspects of food premises are a major concern for public health officers and inspectors in preventing food borne illness. A study of the status of hygiene standard of food premises and microbiological quality of food provided findings on hygienic standard of food premises in relation to microbiological quality of food for further analysis of sources of food contamination.
