Abstract

This paper examines pay-performance framework of Malaysian Government Linked Companies (GL Cs) for the financial year 2001-2006 using panel regression approach. The GLCs pay determinant is modeled upon 4 core groups, namely, accounting ratios, company size, market measurement and board structure.
