    Abstract

    Pembangunan satu kaedah yang mudah dan efektif untuk merawat kumbahan kilang kelapa sawit (POME) merupakan satu cabaran yang besar bagi sesuatu kilang. Berdasarkan ciri bahan organiknya yang tinggi, proses anaerob merupakan cara yang sesuai untuk rawatan. The development of an effective and simple method for treatment of palm oil mill effluent (POME) is a challenging task for palm oil mills. Considering the high organic character of POME, anaerobic process is the most suitable approach for its treatment.
